National Pumps
National air pumps have been
around for a while in Hawaii and folks here seem to like them. They
all use 1 or 2 D cell batteries depending on the model and seem to run quite a while on them.
They're very simple to clean, lubricate and changing batteries is a
straightforward operation. Additionally, all pumps have rubber
gaskets on the case and switch to reduce corrosion from salt spray.
Requires 2 D cell batteries
(not included). Comes with 25" hose, air stone and metal
friction clamp (both inside the case). Pump dimensions: 5 1/4" high,
3" wide and 1 5/8" deep.

Promar
The Promar AC-720 aerator is a great little
pump. In order to save on the two "D" cell
batteries while driving to the fishing spot, you can use a
cigarette lighter adapter to run the pump. And, the pump has
two different speeds for greater and lesser aeration.
